Principal
Andres is RCE’s lead technical and quality control engineer. He brings a vast amount of engineering experience in the fields of temporary construction support and excavation designs. He is highly experienced in structural analysis and computer modeling of sophisticated design applications.

Alan M. Rosa, P.E.
Principal
With almost 40 years of structural engineering experience, Alan's expertise includes sheeting and shoring of large excavations, underpinning designs, pile foundation designs, and all aspects of temporary shoring, temporary designs associated with transportation and building structure projects.

Patricia Van Anden, EIT
Project Engineer
Patricia brings over five years design experience to RCE. As RCE’s key project engineer, Patricia works on a variety of projects that support RCE’s design services. As with all RCE engineers, she is responsible for active communication and collaboration with contractors and other clients.

Melanie Campozano, EIT
Project Engineer
Melanie is our newest employee, bringing strong leadership in the field of geotechnical engineering design to RCE. Melanie’s responsibilities will focus on RCE projects involving excavation support, pile design and related temporary construction support services. We are very excited to have Melanie with RCE! We value her scholastic background and work ethic as she becomes a key contributor to our team.
